Hi

Can anyone assist, just fitted control box but I only have 2 options in engineer menu of set system and forced arm on. Why don't I have the option of wireless device control? No option to preform clean start either. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for reply when I press no it takes me to force arm on then no again takes me straight out of engineer menu to time screen.

Only 2 options to select in engineers menu, got it connected to wifi but still no diagnostics to check communications signal, ip etc.
 
Was wanting to do clean start but no option to select that either. Thanks for your replies. Company I bought it from were no help just directed me to this forum.
 
Normal op from power up ....2222 press yes to reset , eng code 1111 no, no , no to get to required option ...
 
Tried to power off unit again and go into 2222 master mode to reset, no option. Again no option in engineer mode on 1111 if I press no, no , no I'm back at start up screen. It could be faulty control panel will return faulty item. Thanks for your help.

Ewan, just out of curiosity, did you find a solution for the faulty panel? Was there any other way than Clean Start to fully reset the Enforcer?

Hi Bud

I got a alarm engineer round as a homer to rectify the issue with box. He fitted all the sensors while he was here. Sometimes in certain cases it’s best left to the pro’s. He also showed me the controls and set up the app on phone.

many thx for your reply, much appreciated. The reason for my asking was I have Kit2 and have experienced the exactly same issue like you with not being able to perform Clean Start at all from engineer's menu (only Set Up and Force Alarm On option). I bought it from CTS direct and they said they could not help (or perhaps just did not want to help). As I am not located in the UK, I do not have access to a Pyronix engineer who I could call give me a hand with this issue. Frankly speaking, I'm stuck with searching the net for any hint and/or manuals, and browsing the forums talking to people on how to perform a full reset. I wonder if it would be possible to send me the contact of the engineer who helped you? If it's not too much to ask. Email would do. I mean, I would even be willing to send the whole Kit to the engineer to set it up for me and would pay for shipping both ways. I will post a cry for help on this forum and hope to be able to have the alarm reset so I can start setting it up. Any hint on the installers you might recommend to ask would be much appreciated!

Hi Ewan, glad to hear your sorted.......i if your stuck..I deal with them lots and they will bend backwards to try and help if there's a problem.....always try and speak to Max not the younger lot. As for CTS you will be lucky to even get a voice message - Ive never managed to speak with anyone there before :)
Ive got the pyronix installer training video's if it helps!

Have you tried just pressing 1111 nothing before or after until you see set date and time then press no until you see clean start??? Cheers Ewan
