Pyronix enforcer setting alarm

I have installed a pyronix enforcer with 1 door entry and 4 pir in 4 rooms I have to pass 1 pir when entering the building and a second pir to access the keypad I have set the inputs as follows

01 Final exit Input Area A&B All Group 01
02 ER (Area FX) Input Area A All Group 01
03 ER (Area FX) Input Area A All Group 01
04 Intruder Input Area A All Group 01
05 Intruder. Input Area A All Group 01


I have set the exit mode to A = Timed Final B C D all Timed

I have added a user as a user with Arm option set to[0]

When setting I can only arm one Area A B C D at a time I cannot set more than 1 Area at a time

When we set the alarm and walk out the door all good but when I come back in the alarm is not set I have played with the codes then the alar sets but won't unset until alarm goes off and then enter the code

Can anyone help as I have played with these codes for two Days and have had enough
