Hi, was hoping someone might have some advice on an issue I’m having with a Pyronix enforcer being stuck armed in area C.
When I set it up I was using only zones A and B so all useers only have these options. When I got a wired siren installed zone33 was added to ABCD.
I accident quick set zone c last night and can’t unset.
I have master manager code and tried adding and amending to add zone C to users but no joy (maybe because c is armed?)
Also can’t get into installer menu.
Does anyone know best way to unset/reset zone C. Suspect I might need to wipe the panel but want sure how to do that as can’t get in to do clean start.
