Hi all,
We have the above mentioned alarm installed in our office, this was done by previous tenants. They left no details on the alarm other than service sheets.
We've been in touch with the old company and the old service company but they are unable to help.
The problem we have is that we do not know any codes to the system at all.
We don't use or have ever used the 'alarm' but we did use it for the door chime to let us know when a door has been opened.
Long story short, we accidentally triggered the tamper when we moved the panel to install Paxton for door entry.
Now the chime doesnt work and the alarm is on constantly if we have the alarm powered up. We've pulled the fuse and battery for the time being (outside box is dead anyway so no worries there).
Is there any way reset the codes on this system even if it means re-programming the entire system from scratch?
The only default code that seems to work is '2000' for the panel itself where we can change the address of the panel.
I even resorted to YouTube and followed this video but typically it doesn't work on our system haha!
Cheers
