Hi sorry if this has already been asked but does anyone know how to turn the volume down for the entry / exit timer? Or to have it just beep through the keypad and not the speaker? When I’m setting it at night it is silent but when the count down is over the speaker located at the top of the landing makes an almighty chime it has started to wake kids up and if we go down stairs at night we are literally running to the key pad to get it turned off it’s very annoying and the installer basically said it’s at its lowest volume it can’t be changed.

Set it to 0 in volume for the bedtime setting ....1 is silent with confirm beep ....or fit a smaller sized speaker

Any idea how I get into the volume settings? this is the speaker can I get a smaller one ?

Volume is set from engineer mode ....and yes you can get a smaller one ....Texecom or pyronix ...

Enter programming if you have the engineers code and locate the Volume Control menu.
Area A settings are normally for Full Set
Area B settings are normally for Night Set.
Not sure but think the double beep that confirms the system is set is controlled by the chime volume or day alarm volume.
Or you could have the entry/exit tones via the keypad only. The exit tone whilst full setting may not be loud enough though.
