Pyronix internal password

I have recently moved into a house with a Pyronix enforcer alarm installed. It works fine as do the two remote fobs. The previous owner left me with the user code and engineer code.

I am trying to add the panel to the Pyronix cloud and have created an account. When trying to add the system to the cloud it asks for a password which is apparently recorded within the panel.

Reading up on the user guide it advises that if I access the panel via the engineer mode of D plus access code I can scroll to a screen titled Set Up App Data then select yes and the password will be displayed.

Unfortunately, within my engineer menu I cannot see a screen titled Set Up App Data. I do have one titled Set Up WiFi which allowed me to input our WiFi name and password and connect the panel to our new Internet service with a signal strength of 16.

Can anybody advise what buttons I need to press to access the Set Up App Data to access the system password please.

Go through the motions of setting the wifi module from scratch to your router, etc then if the option doesnt show do a power cycle and try again and report back.

Pyronix do have a guide for setting this up.
 
Engineer code ….no no no ….until you get to communication , yes , use app yes …no fill in the following ….cloud password …and app password , add it to cloud account …you will need the ID number and cloud password , it will also ask you to name it …if after this it come up with an error you have either put in the wrong info or it’s been registered before …if it’s all good to here download app fill in the following ( your name ) location eg ( home ) and system ID ….It will,then go to the next stage where you enter your user code and app password , slide the two tabs to save this …all done now connect ( it may take a few minutes for this to be sorted )

1.You must not be registered to another provider

You can deregister your system from your existing provider, whether it is the installation company or Pyronix.

Caution your installation company may include this as part of your annual maintenance contract. This service is for Pyronix cloud access only and does not include support or servicing of your Pyronix alarm system.

Log into your online Pyronix Cloud account of the master user and deregister.
The master user will be emailed to confirm the system is to be deregistered.
If you are unable to do this, you can request a deregister directly via Pyronix and raising a support ticket, this takes up to 2 weeks for the panel to be released.
Raise Support Ticket.
You will need your panel ID for this to be facilitated.

2.The Panel ID:-

You can check the System ID in the Master Manager Menu of the control panel.

Press the D key then enter the Master Manager Code.

Press NO until ‘SET UP APP DATA?’ is displayed then press YES

Continue to press YES until ‘System ID’ is displayed and make a note of it (this can’t be changed and unique to the panel).

Repeatedly press NO until ‘EXIT MANAGER MENU?’ is displayed and press ‘YES’ to return to day mode.

3.The Cloud Password:-


You can check the Cloud Password in the Master Manager Menu of the control panel.

Press the D key then enter the Master Manager Code.

Press NO until ‘SET UP APP DATA?’ is displayed then press YES.

Continue to press YES until ‘Cloud Password’ is displayed and make a note of it (do not change the cloud password).

Repeatedly press NO until ‘EXIT MANAGER MENU?’ is displayed and press ‘YES’ to return to day mode.
