Pyronix Sterling 10 - Fault condition

Hi all. This is my first post so please be patient.

My Sterling 10 LCD panel is showing a "DIGI LINE FAIL" fault

Can someone please explain this fault to me and any suggestions on how to remedy it?

Looks like you have something else connected to it ....speech Dialer ?

I don't think there is anything else attached. It was installed just as a standalone alarm. No dial out as far as I am aware
