Hello. I installed a Wireless V11 a year or so ago (main unit under stairs), though opted to fit a Wired DeltaBell to it and also fitted a Wired Keypad (Euro Flushmount - located by the front door). All works fine. Essentially, I wanted a Wireless System (but with wires to anything that drains batteries fast, such as a keypad, or has access issues, such as the delta bell). I didn't want the main unit by the front door, as the Flush Mount obviously looks a lot nicer. I was also happy with wireless PIRs.

I have been using a Wireless Front Door contact up until now, but wanted to shift over to a Wired one, simply for reliability sake (as its the only 'ER' input).
My plan had been to use the 2 additional inputs supported by the Euro Wired Keypad (Front Door), to run a wire to a door contact from there (rather than back to the main panel).

I have done this, but I'm struggling to figure out how to set the new Input up in the menus.
See attached image for a clearer picture of the wiring diagram (all straight out of the various manuals).

So my wired keypad works fine (connects to the V11 via D1-, D2+, D3, D4), and is addressed as Keypad #01.
My plan had then been to use the Z1 & -ve, contact on the Wired Euro Keypad, to run out to the door contact.
The door contact, fyi, is a 'Knight YEND24V2', with '2k2/4k7' Single zone configuration.

I think its all wired in OK - just struggling to figure out how to set it all up. Do I need to treat the Wired Keypad as a ZEM and address it as such?
I don't see anything on the Wired Keypad to set up inputs etc.

Any nudges in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If it really isn't possible, then I could probably find some spare wire between the V11 and the Wired Keypad, and connect them to the wires from the Door Contact, and then hook them into Z33/Com on the V11 (i.e. Wired Zone 33)... but it would be nice to leverage the inputs provided by the Wired Keypad. I'm just not sure quite how to address them correctly.

You can’t use the keypad zones on the keypad on an enforcer ….you will have to slave it back to the 2 zone wired pcb in the panel

Alright, thanks very much. I have spent ages looking back through the forum and all Pyronix related posts in case anyone had asked something similar.
You sir, are a true gent for all that you do to help and contribute on this forum.
Thank you very much.

Sorry, one daft follow up query.
So I've got 2 spare wires (from a 6 wire cable) coming from my V11 to my Keypad, and I have 2 wires (from a 2 wire cable) coming from my Door Contact to my Keypad.
I essentially just want to connect the 2 wires from the door contact, to the 2 spares ones which go back to the V11 (then hook those into Z33/Com on the V11).

Should I just do this with a Wago/Bit of solder... or could I just connect both into the Z1 and -ve of the Wired Panel. The screw would join them - I'm just trying to make sure that nothing about the Wired Keypads 'z1' and '-ve' would interfere with the 'pass through' nature I'm aiming for here. I don't want to mess about with the resistance etc.

or I could even use the 'Output' contacts on the Keypad (not configured, so presumably willl do absolutely nothing).
I'm literally just trying to find a neater way to join the 2 wires up, without using a wago etc... so making the most of the screw contacts being provided.

Any doubts, I'll just wago them if there is room behind the panel to do so.

I tend to crimp my ends anyway, so used a wago. They aren't going anywhere and there is plenty of room behind the panel PCB. It works fine. Thanks again for your help. I'm pleased I ran additional wires to the panel (used an 8, not a 6 as I thought) - but thank goodness I didn't use a 4.
I somehow managed to blow an aux fuse as part of the rewiring process, but once I swap that out with a new one (didn't have a spare, will grab one tomorrow), all should be perfecto. One other gotcha that caught me out, was that I couldn't get the 'Chime' to work on the new Wired Door contact (even though I set the Chime on when adding the new Input on #33), and the panel had the 'C' enabled back from the previous Wireless Door Contact Input. Toggling the Chime On/Off (C button on panel) sorted it.

Thanks again. I'd have eventually given up and wired into z33, but I'd have always wondered whether I could have done it differently.
Very grateful to have experts like you willing to help. Much appreciated.
