Quad Trim

I have purchased some UPVC quad trim to go between the bottom of my window and to the UPVC cill.

What adhesive can be used for this?

I do not want to use anything to aggressive to stick this down.

superglue or white silicone

superglue if its a good fit
silicone if its deviates or needs flexibility
