Qualitex ( Qx) toilet flush button fix

I have an older close couple lol from Qualitex ( Qx) and the flush button has broken and my wife has flushed away the chrome top ring and button guide.

So I’m left with this

so where could I get a replacement button and top ring ( to fit 52mm top hole in cistern)?
Qualitex do not have spared for this model ( Monica)

That valve not available but it looks like toiletspares.co.uk can supply a replacement with a 50mm push button.

Yeah, I did see this, wasn’t sure if the button would retro-fit as the link is to the entire valve assembly .

Yep, but I’ve found this :

Impulse Rapide Round Push Button, Impulse Spare Parts, IMPRVBT from mbd bathrooms

Hopefully save a new valve, bit pricey for a button, but so much less hassle than a new valve.

Happy to report this button simply screws into the Rapide flush pefectly and was a one minute fix
The cost was high for a piece of plastic and a spring and it feels a bit cheap.. but it is so much less hassle than a replacement valve and/or paying someone to do the job, so well done MBD Bathrooms UK … you saved the day.
