Quality as good or better than Hansgrohe?

I am just about to fit out two bathrooms. I generally opt for Hansgrohe parts but I wondered if there were any alternatives that have equal or better quality? I am specifically after basin and mixer taps and also shower stuff. I don't mind paying a bit extra for quality and reliability.

Not sure what the lack of answers means, maybe the Hansgrohe stuff is so good that there is nothing else that can compete. That's really surprising, sounds like there is a gap in the market for a new business!
