Question about OSB..

I'm putting OSB3 board on the roof of a heavy duty workshop, and also using it for the internal walls. One side of the board is smoother, and 'finished' in a coating, and the other side is slightly rougher and doesn't have the 'shiny' coating.

Which side do I use on the top of the roof which I will then put felt on, and which side is best to have on the inside of the internal walls..
