Question about Shed base in Video form!

I have done a fair bit of research but as every project is different, these are the questions im struggling to answer For an 8 foot by 12 foot shed, would this base be ok laid on say some concrete slabs that were cemented to the ground?

the centres of each joist are 16 inches apart, I thought that I could use 3x2 would that be strong enough? Would a line of strengtheners down the centre be enough on an 8 foot wide span or should i put in say 3 rows evenly spaced?

Below is where the base will be placed, im going to take the blocks up as they are un even and take back the sand and cement some slabs down to the MOT type1 base layer. Assuming no one points out a problem with this?

hey mate not watched your video yet but by lookin at your pictures thats exactly how i laid my shed sub base... still up today sturdy as ever

if i was you id just fill that large hole with some concrete and skim the top to get it level the best u can then spot ur shed on small slabs using ur level on a long strip of wood to make sure ur spots are level then if there are any slightly lower add a bit concrete to that spot and allow to dry...
