Have lived in this property for 3year now and we got a bathroom and had someone fit it for us, have now noticed 2 problems.....
Firstly the grout around the floor tiles that my husband fitted has started to turn yellow, in only one place at the base of the sink, also I have noticed that the pipes at the back of the sink often have a reddish colour liquid on them.... Really don't know what it could be !
Any suggestions???
Thanks

Any general bathroom photos, close ups where the issue is etc.

Pics behind the sink also, of the reddish colour also.

There's plenty of things around a sink area to discolour grout. Try giving it a scrub with a bleach based cleaner.
