Quick/easy release bracket for kitchen kickboards ?

Hi, My sister moved in to place recently that had these quick release brackets/clips fitted to her kitchen unit kickboards.
Just about to start on my own kitchen and wondered if anyone knew were I might be able to get these ?

Standard brackets are all thats needed.

That picture looks like an appliance clip , not standard plinth clip.

I guess they haved been used for the wrong application in my sisters case as she has them on all the plinths in her kitchen
Handy though as they are not seen, and makes it very easy if you want to pull the plinths out.
(I know it's not something that's done every day )
