My son just bought a flat and one of the filling loop connectors leaks on the combi boiler when turned on. Is the hose connector a standard fitting ? can we replace a washer or O-ring or even the whole hose ? The bad connection is on the boiler side - don't really want to drain the whole system.

Is the hose connection leaking or the tap? might be best to replace the whole thing. Connections should be compatible, and if you relieve the pressure in the system, replacing the tap on the boiler is possible without draining down.

Thanks - I'll have a closer look at the seal type.
The leak is definitely at the nut connecting the hose to the valve on the boiler side. There is no O ring or fibre washer in there !!
