Well, there are two issues here:

1. Why I removed my picture, my email address from my profile, and any other instances where I posted it.

2. Why I haven't been posting recently.

Answers:

1. I was given a short sharp shock in internet traceability, leaving a trail and all that.

2. I was getting bored of the missing posts, missing threads and posts/threads been (seemingly) randomly deleted.
