Guys,
I have got a QVIS Universal NVR running the latest Cortex software, there are two Qvis PTZ cameras attached to it, and I have added a further 3 Hikvision cams, the hikvisions work fine no lag on preview or playback, but the Qvis PTZ seem to be dropping in and out of connection, the network lights are constant, they get constant pings, been through all the settings, quality and such like, even disconnected the hikvisions, and the lag is the same, only thing I can think of the software on the NVR got updated, got a feeling it started then, tried to connect to the cams directly and they are not having any of it, thinking of hitting the reset switch on the back of the cams and default them and see what happens.
Anybody stumble on this before.
Cheers
