Qviz, Any good or not?

Hi all,

Just after some advice. It seems Hikvision are the main industry leader for CCTV... but I was in a BP garage today and saw all of their cameras were Qviz. My friend has Qviz cameras on his house and they look a pretty good image. I have a hik system at work.

Is there a huge difference in quality and reliability or not, it seems the price is a fair bit cheaper for qviz...

anybody have any experience, I'm thinking of putting some Qviz on my house.

It’s qvis ....ok as a budget brand , wouldn’t fit as there is not a lot in price compared to hikvision ....

There are hundreds if not thousands of models to compare.

Personally we don't fit qvis, replaced a few, but if they have been in a few years tech has moved on.

You need to look at what you want them to do and what best fits your budget.
