RAC Pressure Washer

Forgive me if this is in the wrong section.

I've just bought this from argos

10 minutes after starting it this morning, the pump cut out. I tried everything i could think of to get it going, but cut my losses and returned it for a new one. This one lasted about 2 hours before it did exactly the same thing. The power is connected, but the pump will not run. Is there something obvious i'm missing or have i bought a lemon?

The water pressure coming in can affect them. May be too high or too low

So perhaps RAC stands for Really Awful Crrap.

Being serious for a moment, do you have bad water pressure ? if not just get your money back and buy a Karcher.
