rad not working after cold water flood!

Hi all. Hope someone can help with my problem. After a fairly major flood from a washing machine cold inlet hose which split(now sorted) my partner has a radiator which is not heating up at all. has the flood got anything to do with this. She has a combi boiler and is in a ground floor flat (don't know if that is relevant). Any advice would be much appreciated.
