I have it looks like 10mm plastic system I want to remove with the least hassle to allow fitting kitchen cabinets. I have attached photos below just to confirm what I’m looking at. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Do you want to remove the radiator permanently, but leave the pipework in situ ,or do you want to also remove the pipework permanently?

Remove the radiator but leave the pipes in case of future changes so not sure if I need to just cap the pipes or join them to keep the return circuit!

Close both valves
Remove radiator
PTFE thread where the valve disconnected from radiator and apply 1/2” caps.

Or get special tool for that fitting, remove fitting and apply 10 mm stop end.
Tidier but boiler will need depressurised and could lead to airlock if system empties
