in principle a branch point at the breaker is no different from a branch point anywhere else.
just a couple of things to bear in mind.
1: make sure any cable is adequately protected (note that overload protection can be downstream of the cable but short circuit protection can't).
2: there is the reg that reasonable steps should be taken to minimise disruption in the event of a fault. IMO that means that you should only double up like this if there is a good reason to do so (e.g. an an existing CU with no space left or new breakers unavailible).
