Radiator Leak

I have a small leak on one of my radiatiors, which is part of a Combi boiler / sealed heating system. The leak only happens when either the heating is off or the thermostatic valve (Danfoss) is closed. Speed fit plastic pipes are connected to the radiator valves and appear to be tight.

When the heating is on there is no leak. Also the boiler does not appear to be losing pressure.

Any ideas? Tighten up all the connections again?

Where is the water coming from exactly?

The leak seems to be around the joint of the plastic piping and the TRV. I can't tell if it coming up from the pipe or down from the valve.

Id suspect the valve personally.....Take the head off the TRV and monitor.
