Radiator pipes

Some of the radiators in the house won't get hot others ok. The ones that remain cold, I have been informed, that the problem is, the return pipes are clogged up solid with oily sand.

Unable to blast the blockage free.

Is there anything else that can be done to unblock this muck from the pipes?

Its 5 radiators that are affected.

Any suggestions appreciated
