Radiator Problem

Recently one radiator has started acting weird. It will heat up with all the radiators and then go cool and hot at varying intervals.

I have bled all the radiators and only one upstairs radiator had air.

Any ideas what to do as the radiator is in the living room and rest of house is fine.

Hmmm.
First try turning most other rads off to get any air etc shifted.
If no change, take it off, and get jiggy with it and the garden hose, outside. See what you can flush out.
