Radiator Trim/Grill Replacement

Hi All

Can anyone advise me if it's possible to buy replacement top & side Grill/Trim plates for double radiators. I have a very large radiator that has no top grill and the kids keep wedging toys into it. I don't want to replace it as it's very large and the cost is high & it is not practical to use radiator covers due to its size & location.

Not that I know of !
Best bet is to teach your kids not to wedge toys into them.
By the sound of it even if you could find or concoct something it would mean that the kids would find something smaller to stick in the smaller holes

do you have another radiator the same size in the house!!!!

hopfully in a less prominent position or in a position to cover it

or possibly rob a side cover if its the same hight!!!!

Hi Big All, and thanks for your reply.

Sadly not. The rad is 2300mm x 300mm and to replace it would cost a foutune.

I may try the manufactures, and see what they can sugest.

You need a M8 who works with sheet metal.....a brake press would knock summat out in seconds
