i have a radiator with regulator and normal valve.the inlet pipe before regulator vave remains cold, the bottom of rad remains cold but the top of rad gets warm and outlet pipe after normal valve gets warm . After 10 mins rad cools down. All other rads in system work fine.please can anyone help

if by regulator valve you mean a trv View media item 11368
make sure the pin isn't stuck
