Radiators Always On

Just noticed that all my radiators are staying on even when the thermostat is turned down and even when the timer has shut down the CH and Hot Water at night.

I imagine a valve has failed has open ?

I'm covered by British Gas 3 Star but just wondering if it's an easy job. Will call them tomorrow.
