Radiators getting warm when hot water only selected

Hi guys



Ideal system boiler> When hot water only is selected a few of the rads have started getting hot and not much hot water when used. Im going to guess this is down to the three port valve? Yay? Nay?

If so would you recommend changing the motor and the valve or just the one?

Also would you say this problem could also be the cause of the boiler display showing random displays such as c-.-c-h- ETC?

Depending on the make of your 3 port valve the symptoms you describe would indicate that the valve is passing.Most recent valves allow the body or the powerhead alone to be changed and it does sound like the valve body is the culprit.What make is the valve?
