radiators still getting hot

I have a problem with the boiler still running and the radiators still heating slightly even though the control lights are off, it's an older system, ideal mexico boiler and a lifestyle control unit and two control valves. The pump seems to run 24/7 even when the radiators are stone cold.

Any advice much appreciated.

Check to see if one of them is manually locked open or energised open without demand from the programmer.

It turned out to be the valve motor, something had broken inside it.
