Did you pull it out or undo with a radiator key? If the former, you've probably stripped the thread and need a new radiator. If the latter put the pin in the radiator key, put in the hole and turn clockwise until tight. If you have water squirting out, close the valves on both ends of the rad to stop further water loss.
