had new heating system fitted added extra radiator in conservatory can not get the radiator working heating system is combination

so far i have opened one end and let it run bled all valves all full with water sysem pressure 1.5 bar

sitting room radiator working fine single then thought well the rdiatores are down i will fit a double radiator in the room and now i can not get that one working now ??? water is very hot on on incoming side of pipe but could on the return all radiators have been turned down on the lock shealds and balanced im confused can eny one help

the boiler fitted is a worcster 28ie 3 radiators single up stars working fine down stairs 3 doubles one working two cold

turn the hot ones off

open the lockshield valves on the rads not working (turn anticlockwise), and of course open the valves on the other end too.
