i have a pin prick hole in my rad. its quite big rad 1600x600, is there any chance i can repair it without changing it.

we used to take leaking rads to a car body shop to have them welded (I assume they welded them) so it can be done.

Doubtful if it is worth the cost/effort.
If one pinhole has rotted through, chances are there several more waiting to burst through

locktite and a short self tapping screw can be a short term measure.
Long term change rad as adivsed by bengasman.
