Rads bled but still cold

Our radiators were recently removed by a guy doing plastering work. Since he put the rads back they are stone cold, all others he left alone are still working.

We have tried bleeding the cold ones but no joy, trv is fully on.

Any suggestions?

This will be a very complicated and difficult repair, but I can probably fix it for you. My Sunday charges are £50 call-out plus £50 per hour or part thereof plus travelling time at £50 per hour or part thereof plus milage at 50p per mile or part thereof. I live on the South Coast and can be with you by midnight.

There will also be my minimum charge of £50 for Parts. If a partial drain-down and refill is required there will be my £50 drain-down and £50 refill charges.
