Been leaking a while, as there is some staining at the top on the render.

Could be water from roof getting under the verge caps (grey things) or overloading the guttering at a guess.
Can you take another photo showing the side with the gutter please.

The gutter side is completely "clean".
I nanaged to take a picture of the top...looks like something broken/lifted?

Gutter can be clear, but can be overwhelmed by the amount of rain and the gradient of the guttering to take it away.

My guess is going down the gaps of the verge caps and down/behind the fascia, they are not broken. Expect those gaps all the way up, so problem could start higher up.
I've no experience with your style of roof tiles, so can't suggest a fix. I prefer to have a mortar verge, not capped.

Thank you very much for your help so far.
Isn't this bit broken?

If you are talking about the plastic cover where there is a cap on the roof tile, no, I don't think it's broken.
Perhaps could be fitted better though.
