Hi,

My electric oven is fitted into an MFI kitchen cabinet, the one specifically for ovens of course. The problem is that it's not high enough. Can I just place some sort of material underneath it to raise it slightly and if so, what sort of material should I use?

This must be a fairly common issue so hopefully there's a simple solution :)

An oven would generally sit on a shelf reinforced with a pair of battens under, which are just screwed into the sides.

I take it that you are talking about a tall unit with a door above and below, it would pay you to find out what other door sizes are available and move it up to suit that new door size, which will look neater.
