Hi
I have recently bought a thermostatic valve shower that is suitable for gravity fed systems, however after reading the distructions it turns out that i need 1meter between the bottom of my cold water tank in the loft and the top of the shower head and I only have about 50cm's
I have considered a pump too difficult as i would need dedicated hot/cold feeds to it/ special flange for the Hot tank
so i want to look into raising my cold water tank, im guessing its 50gallons. It needs to be raised by approx 50cm
apart from rerouting the existing pipework to meet the new location of the tank, is there anything else i need to consider with regards to the platform that the tank sits on? Is it just a case of making it bigger height wise?
