Hi!

I've got 2 Rak 600 toilets which both seem to suffer from the same problem.

They developed cracks at the back of the seat near the hinge, Rak sent a replacement lid out, however what I've noticed is that seat doesn't sit flush at the back, so only the front of the seat has support.

Attached some pictures to try and help, but hard to get a good angle.

I tried moving the seat back and forward but that makes no difference.

I can see no way to adjust the height of this seat. Anyone got suffered from this / got a solution? Reached out to Rak but they've gone on radio silence.
