Ramp strips in floor

hi,my house has there pieces of concrete in the middle of the floor - the concrete probably is remnant of an old wall which might have existed at some point in time..these concrete slabs look a bit odd in the middle of the floor and I would like to cove these with some sort of metal ramps which are very very low.

I have seen these ramps fixed using rivets in offices/shops but I've not been able to find them at B&Q etc - appreciate if someone can suggest retailer for such products.
