Random question but does anyone know what this style of kitchen cupboard door is?

Hi all
I'm trying to sell my house but I have some kitchen cupboard doors that have been damaged by constantly boiling a kettle below them which has caused them to bubble and crack. I'd like to replace the offending doors but cannot track them down online. Does anyone know what this style of door is called? I know it's a random question but I'm hoping on the off chance that someone can help.

There are also companies that will refurbish your existing door.

I just seen that there's been replies to this.

Andy, thanks very much for finding these, I will contact the companies and see if they are the same door.
