Sounds more like 'grape' to me..............there was a bunch of them! ;)

Seriously though, why does this sort of thing never happen to me?

LOL, but some get traumatised over it (men obviously).
I would not :D

Its still wrong, especially for women as the victim.

But surely the victim must have 'rose to the occasion' ?

Adds a whole new meaning to being aroused from your sleep.

I don't need 'arousing', i sleep in a 'tent' !!! Must have dodgy dreams !!

LOL I agree but even if she was holding a knife to him, "playing about" would cause arousal.
Personally all she would have to do is ask to play a game

There was a case in the 70's of 2 women holding a man hostage for 3 days and 'using' him as a sex slave. Distinctly remember it because he was named because he brought a prosecution but they remained anonymous to protect their families. Thats Britain for you!

Was there not that porno yrs back where two women seduced a man back to their hotel and tried to shag him to death :D

Lucky basket lol

Why is it, in cases such as this, that the courts allow photos of the 'ALLEGED' perpetrator of the 'ALLEGED' crime to be shown in news reports yet the 'ALLEGED' victim isn't allowed to be shown? Innocent until proven guilty in the UK... depending on the crime of course.

This is just a nonsense, because any bloke (not on a ventilator) would be able to punch one woman in the face and grab the other by the throat.... within seconds of the attack..... if not, he;s enjoying the whole damn thing !!

Always said the same Blas.
"Mr xxxxx xxxxxxxx of Sunderland is accused of ............"

And then a short while later he is not prosecuted or someone else is or the victim admits it never happened that way. He is then 'marked' for life even if he could show concrete proof that he was totally innocent. The 'nameless' victim is free to go on and accuse someone else if she wants!

Agree conny with most of what you say, a court up this end gave the baddies name and address even if is was rape.It was on the board pinned up.

Your last sentence could happen at one time, unlikely nowadays.

Not true. There was a woman last year who was eventually 'discovered' to have made at least 5 allegations of rape over a number of years. It only came to light because the lawyer in the latest case was determined to prove her, (yes it was a woman defence lawyer), client was innocent so she did a lot of research into the accuser and found that in previous cases she had been able to use a 'loophole' to suppress her history. Turns out part of her history involved being an 'actress' in S&M porno films. Defence lawyer somehow managed to get her history used as eveidence alongside creditable witness statements and documentary proof her client was a few hundred miles away on business at the time of the alleged offence. 'Victim' was warned she may face prosecution after the judge ordered a review of previous cases she had brought. As far as I know investigations are still on going.

So do you think we may have learned a lesson and this may not happen again/ as much?.

Edit, i would prove i was miles away if i had to. that's all it would take.
