Hi,

Please help, we are going out of our minds and our plumber doesn't seem to know much more than us.

We have a new, quite large, GCH system using a Potterton Supermax linked to about 20 rads.

The system loses all it's pressure within about 20 minutes after being charged to 1.5bar and all rads bled. This is regardless of the boiler running or being off.

This has been going on for a week now and we can find no leaks and there is absolutely no sign of water.

There is also no water exiting the drain valve pipe.

All points of the HW system have been checked to see if there is a crossed pipe, there isn't.

The boiler has been tested and it seems to be fine.

The system is being kept running with the filling loop left slightly open, but that can't go on much longer.

Plumber has added Leakseal yesterday, but I am not convinced that is the solution.

Any help/ tips on where to look would be great.

Thanks,
P2000
