Hi, I have a Ravenheat 820/20T boiler. The central heating stat on the boiler is turned down to almost lowest point. The heating is only on for 10/15mins and water comes out of the pipe that goes outside. The water pressure goes up to about 2.5 bar so not at the max 3 bar. Can anyone help please? Many thanks

expansion vessel flat or pipe blocked
Thanks for your reply, just had boiler man out and he says the vessel needs repressurising. Thanks for your help again at least i know i'm not being ripped off.
