Hi,
I have a 10 yr old Ravenheat 820/20 and it has had this problem for a few years now.
In the summer, when the Central heating is turned off, the hot water supply is fantastic. As soon as the colder weather approaches and the central heating is turned on the hot water supply temperature becomes variable. I have watched the burners and they turn on and off and it makes showering unpleasant as there is always the fear of the temperature going tepid (it never goes completely cold). Turning off the central heating whilst running hot water (shower) makes no difference but once the warm weather returns and the heating is switched off for a while, after a few days the hot water system gives lots of constant hot water. The central heating always works very well, providing hot radiators whatever the weather.
Any ideas appreciated.
Thanks
