Ravenheat 820/20 Not firing. Please help!

I have a Ravenheat 820/20. When heating or hot water is called, the boiler wont fire. I can hear a sound inside the boiler but it wont fire. Pilot light is on. Pressure is ok.

Can anyone help? I'm in Birmingham. Happy to pay if you think you can help.

Does the fan run?
Is it stiff to move?
Is there power going to it?

As far as I can tell there is power still going to the boiler. How can you test to see if the problem is the fan?

Also, normally the thermostat dial on the front of the boiler will click internally when the temperature is lower than required. That then causes the boiler to fire. Currently there is no 'click' when the dial is turned.

Could the problem be with the thermostat?
