hi, my daughter has recently purchased her own house and has a ravenheat 820/20 combi boiler, i believe she has been experiencing minor problems with the diverter valve, however tonight she has come home, the pilot light is on but nothing works no hot water or central heating, as if the boiler will not fire, when the hot tap is turned on can somebody point me in the right direction as to what the problem is and rough cost of rectifying it kindest regards dave

You could be at the start of a long road figuring this one out.
Start with a few basics.
Is the pressure at 1.5 bar?
Is there power to the appliance?
Can you hear the pump running?
Turn the power off at the isolation switch count to 20 then turn it back on again. Tell us what happens
As for the cost... Well how long is a piece of string? The forum rules tell you
