Ravenheat boiler fan is noisy

Hi All Newbie to the forum, My Ravenheat boiler 820/20 fan part number 5021305 is making a noise it sounds like the motor bearings are ringing
question is are the bearings on the fan motor serviceable / repairable / can they be lubricated or do i have to buy a new fan ???

The bearings can be replaced.
