Hi,
I live on the seafront and when it's really windy, the wind causes the ravenheat boiler to whistle. It doesn't matter if the boiler is on or off, it still happens.
The flue faces directly out horizontal and takes the full force of the wind and the rain.
I've tried covering the flue from the outside (when the boiler is off) and it stops whistling.... The whistle comes from within the boiler.
Does any one have any ideas how to stop this? It's stopping me from sleeping at night....it's that loud!
Cheers
Neil
