Ravenheat Combi ET100

Hello

The heating and water system for my Ravenheat combi works fine for a while, say 30 minutes before it cuts out and the Red button lights on the fron of the panel. I press the reset button and the boiler works again.

When I tried to reduce the CH tempreture setting the boiler works for longer.

Can someone shhed some light on the likely cause of this problem please?

hi it sounds like its going into overheat mode and this can be due to debris in the main heat exchanger or the pump could be slowing down as well owing to debris it sound like a system flush is called for
try the pump first and go from there
